Shipping and Delivery:
Keeping in mind that our products are handmade and homemade, please allow 7-10 days for your order to reach you. Once we receive your order, it will be processed and ready to be shipped within 2-3 business days. Depending on your delivery location, your package can take 5-8 working days to reach you after your order is processed.
Please note that delivery time is also subjective to delays arising out of bad weather conditions, strikes or any other unexpected delay from our courier and travel partners.

At Phulo phalo , each jar or package that we send out is made and packed with great care. However, we are not infallible & there is a chance that you are in one of the below situation:
In the event of an incorrect order being delivered, please write to us with a picture of the parcel. We will immediately initiate a replacement.
In the event of a glass jar (we avoid plastic) being broken upon receipt, please send us a picture. We will immediately initiate a replacement.
Since our homemade products are free of chemical preservatives, there is a marginal chance that the product you receive might go bad due to any delay in delivery or extremely hot weather. In such cases, please mail us a picture of the product. We will initiate a replacement and you will have our heartfelt apologies.
In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updation of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This new parcel should reach you within a week.
In any of the above cases, if you would prefer a refund, please let us know and we will initiate a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded though.
What products can NOT be returned?
(a) Items that have been worn, washed or soiled; or the packaging has been spoiled
(b) Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products; which are open & us
Conditions for returning products
(a) The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc;
(b) Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
(c) Brand packaging should be intact;
(d) Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time
